OUTFIT: You Look as If You Had Seen a Ghost

First of all, sorry about the irregular posts in the last couple of weeks. I have been travelling back and forth, being surprisingly busy. I hope to be able to get into my regular schedule again soon, but until that time I will simply try to post at least once a week, just not necessarily on Monday.

As much as I would like to, I simply can't find the energy (or the courage) to dress up every single day. For those reasons and plenty more, I adore Asos' Halloween collection: comfy jumpers with spooky patterns galore. My favourite item from their Halloween collection was a ridiculously fluffy sweater with a ghost on it. Since I knew it would inevitably end up in my wardrobe sooner or later anyway, I decided to go for the 'sooner' option.

Yay, Autumn!
Jumper: Asos
Velvet skirt: Camaïeu
Tights: Primark
Overknees: Veritas
Boots: Doc. Martens

"Can you see my socks properly?"
The jumper has already been promoted to my favourite item of the year - it's so fluffy and warm and lovely and perfect. If I could, I would put it on and never take it off again; you'd have to pry it from my cold, dead hands. Sadly that is not socially acceptable and I should probably give my other clothes a chance as well.

Do let me know if you have made any lovely Halloween purchases. For now, I will leave you with a picture of me in my natural state: chasing a cat who will never love me like I love them.
