DIY: TARDIS Pouch

October 26, 2012Saskia C.

I've been trying to start (and possibly finish) a sewing project every weekend, which is why I've been making so many DIY posts.
I'd recently lost my precious Eastpak pouch in some random auditorium because I'm smart like that and perpetually chaotic. I wasn't sad about it for very long because I immediately got the idea to make my own pencil bag, more specifically, a TARDIS.

Tools of the trade
I sort of messed up getting the zipper and the rest of the fabric pieces to line up (my zipper ended up being slightly too long. You can see from the pictures that the corners on the upper side aren't perfect but other than that, my screwing up wasn't all that dramatic.
I've learned my lesson for next time.
